Public booking pages load no advertising or analytics trackers. Sentry error monitoring still runs there so we can find and fix bugs.
The application and database run on Hetzner servers in Nuremberg and Falkenstein. The ISO/IEC 27001 certificate is Hetzner's, not ours. Connected calendars stay with Google, Microsoft or Zoho.

The application and database run on Hetzner servers in Nuremberg and Falkenstein, Germany. Hetzner's data centres are ISO/IEC 27001 certified. If you connect Google, Microsoft or Zoho, those providers process calendar data under their own terms. Error reports go to Sentry, which stores them in its EU region (Germany); Sentry is a US company, so access from outside the EU can't be ruled out. Health or other special-category data (GDPR Art. 9) is allowed only on the Business and Enterprise plans, with a signed DPA. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for those plans is in legal review; contact info@kalendarius.com.
